Red round cloth for the round tables, smaller white cloth on top. Some banquet halls will simply order the colored sheets from their company at little to no extra cost. It may cost you a little more because of the white sheet on top, however. (Use of two sheets instead of just one.)
Centerpieces can also be doubled as bride/bridesmaids' bouquets. I would suggest yellow, to keep with the color theme based around Clan Bruce. A mix of yellow looks nice, although the tulips and sunflowers may also be in season. You may even be able to ask a local farmer to cut the sunflowers yourself. (The sunflower fields are quite large, afterall.) Lastly, for a fun, different approach, orange and yellow fruits in a large bowl, with a few flowers here and there make a bright cheery centerpiece. Guests can be invited to snack on them after the dinner as well.
White or red napkins would match the best.

Daffodils are also a nice bright yellow flower that may be be in season at the time. I also believe they have a nice meaning behind them. "the only one for me", respect, and new beginnings. Though I am sure the meaning varies depending on where you look :-)
